Another actual (dinner only) meal plan for the week from a very swamped, working full time, student part time and mom:

Sunday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches & Broccoli slaw – I put a pre-marinated 2-lb pork roast in the crock pot and set it for 4 hours. Opened a container of shredded broccoli, carrots and purple cabbage and added a little sesame seed dressing. Stuck some pork in a hamburger bun and bamo- dinner.

Monday: Steak & Veggie Skillet  – got this off of pinterest and the potatoes took like 40 minutes to cook which wasn’t mentioned in the recipe…. grrr…. it was delicious once it was done though.

Tuesday: Baked Ravioli – easy and delicious. I used 2 packs of ravioli from Trader Joe’s. Put it together last night so the hubby could pop it into the oven while I was at therapy. Therapy = also part of the meal plan…

Wednesday: Chicken Chili – recipe from Say Yes to Hoboken.

Thursday: Frozen Breaded Fish & Frozen Broccoli

Friday: Teriyaki Chicken Legs – (dump them into the crock pot w/ a bottle of marinade and cook for 4 hours)
